Living here in Phoenix, Arizona the Sun can really make mid-day runs brutal. Just ran 4 miles at 1:00 pm and the white shirt reflects enough of the Sun’s rays to help moderate your body’s temp. For the price it’s a great addition to the workout wardrobe.

Overall, i like the purchase. The only thing I would want as an improvement is just a little more length in the shirt. I am 6’5″ so I like my shirts a little longer than most. This shirt is just at the edge but it feels so good when you try it on, i had to keep it. I like the fact that the shirt has more than a few colors to choose from as well. I may buy another one in a different color and advise then but so far, yes, buy the shirt.
